At Russell Real Estate Services, we have always believed that a great company has a responsibility to be a great neighbor. That belief led us to establish Russell Cares in 2017 — our community outreach program built around one simple idea: showing up for others. Not because it looks good on paper, but because it’s the right thing to do. Serving others is one of the core values that binds the Russell family together, and Russell Cares is the purest expression of that value in action.

Each spring, Russell Cares comes to life through a series of hands-on service events that bring together our agents, affiliates, and leadership to serve local organizations making a real difference in the communities we call home. From volunteering at shelters and food banks to partnering with nonprofits across Northeast Ohio, our team shows up ready to work — and leaves us reminded of why the community has always been at the heart of everything we do at Russell. We are proud of what Russell Cares has become, and even more proud of the people who make it possible year after year. Because at the end of the day, our success only means something if we’re using it to make life better for the people around us.
